Steven Twilley, CRNP

Steven Twilley is a dedicated emergency services professional with more than 20 years of experience in fire, EMS, and healthcare. He currently serves as a Battalion Chief with the Ocean City Fire Department and practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner in emergency and urgent care medicine. Steven began his career as a firefighter/paramedic and later earned his nursing degrees, including a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He also serves as a Captain and Flight Nurse with the Delaware Air National Guard. Throughout his career, Steven has remained committed to leadership, education, mentorship, and providing exceptional service to his community.
