Tricia Thompson, D.O.
Dr. Tricia Thompson completed her undergraduate BS in Marketing from University of MD, College Park and proceeded to post-bachelors study at UMBS. She received her doctorate from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 1999. St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York became her home for 4 years where she completed an Emergency Medicine Internship as Chief Intern and 3 years of Emergency Medicine Residency. Dr. Thompson has served on the MD Board of Physicians, is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and is Board Certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Emergency Medicine. Her passions in medicine and taking care of very severely injured and critically ill patients, especially pediatrics, and empowering patients to understand and work to cure their disease with nutrition and lifestyle change. Dr. Thompson has two teenage children, two dogs and is finishing a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine from the University of Arizona. She enjoys a daily yoga practice, traveling the world, skiing, watching her son play sports, listening to her daughter sing and is learning how to surf.
